This notice explains how RoleWindow handles the business contact information submitted through our talent request form.
Who is responsible

What we collect and why
We collect your name, work email, company, talent need, expected timeframe, engagement model, location or time zone, and the brief you choose to provide. We use this information only to assess and respond to your request, take steps toward a potential service agreement, protect the form from abuse, and maintain an appropriate business record.
How it is handled
Form data is transmitted over HTTPS, stored in the website's managed database, and sent as a notification to RoleWindow Client Services. Infrastructure and transactional-email providers process the information on our behalf under their applicable data-protection terms. We do not sell form data or use it for unrelated marketing.
Retention and your choices
Talent requests are retained for up to 12 months unless a longer period is required for an active commercial relationship or by law. You may ask to access, correct or delete your information, or object to its use, by contacting us at the email above. Please do not submit confidential, sensitive or special-category personal information through the form.
